Ever wonder why so many hosting experiences feel the same?
Here’s how we solved the hosting problems you were told were unavoidable.

#1 Poor Performance & Slow Loading

At Infinite: a truly containerized architecture protects against "noisy neighbors." Performance is boosted by a global CDN, images are auto-optimized, and the hardware is ultra-modern: latest-generation CPUs, DDR5 memory, and resilient storage.

Choose from renowned providers such as AWS, Oracle, and Magalu, where your application will be hosted.

100% Cloud Server Uptime SLA and up to 30% compensation if we miss it. No surprises at renewal.

SprinterTurtle

Traditional hosting: your website loads slowly because it's sharing resources with hundreds of other sites. Decade-old hardware, shared databases, and legacy software. Visitors give up before your site even loads, and you lose business to competitors.

You're not even told where your site actually runs. The provider calls it "cloud," but every month there are issues with storage and physical "nodes." Is it a reliable data center — or someone's backyard?

#2 Theatrical Security

Poseidon Protecting Servant
Traditional hosting: security is often treated as a checkbox: basic, reactive, or offered as an upsell.

The lack of proper isolation means that a hacked site/application can compromise all others, as well as drain your resources.

Your site gets taken down, your reputation is damaged, and your data is exposed — not because of your own negligence, but because of a neighbor.

At Infinite: each site runs in its own separate container, preventing cross-infections. This fundamental security is combined, by design, with a professional cloud-based website firewall from the creators of OSSEC/Sucuri (which costs $20/domain elsewhere).

Virtual patching prevents the exploitation of new vulnerabilities, even before official patches are released. No more rushing to update your applications. Powerful DDoS mitigation, brute force protection, and spam filtering are all activated on day one by our team.

#3 Unreliable Backups & Data Loss

Traditional hosting: "we do daily backups" most of the time means just one backup that may or may not work when you need it.

When disaster strikes, you find out it's corrupted, outdated, or stored on the same failing infrastructure as your site. Recovery becomes a nightmare of lost data and downtime.

Magnet Corrupting Floppy Disk
Ultra Secure Safe

At Infinite: a triple backup strategy with daily, weekly, and monthly backups. Each one is stored with a different cloud provider, in a distinct geographic region, for maximum redundancy.

A 90-day retention policy offers multiple recovery points, stored in an immutable repository to protect against unauthorized changes. Restore any backup point on your own, at any time, directly from the dashboard.

#4 Email Delivery Nightmare

Spam SerpentsNorse God Thor vs. the Spam Serpents
Traditional hosting: your professional emails end up in the spam folder because your hosting provider runs the email service on the same servers as hundreds of other sites.

A malicious neighbor gets their IP blocked and, suddenly, your business communications become invisible to recipients.

"Did you get my email?" becomes your recurring question.

At Infinite: the email service runs on its own dedicated infrastructure, not shared with sites. Zimbra servers: trusted by banks, schools, and governments, with spotless IP reputations.

Spam monitoring, 5 GiB of dedicated storage, and unlimited accounts. Plus, 3,000 transactional emails/month via SMTP2Go, a professional platform with an immaculate delivery track record.

#5 "Not My Problem" Support

Traditional hosting: treats support as an afterthought. 24-hour response times. When there's a chat, you're 50th in the queue.

"The problem is in your application, the server is fine."

Generic responses that don't address the root cause of issues. When something breaks, you're left to figure it out on your own.

Unhelpful Robot
Support Warrior

At Infinite: specialized support for WordPress, Magento, and other platforms. Always first-line, with a real human team. Rated on the quality — not the quantity — of their responses.

Thoughtful interactions, within a (humanly) reasonable time, even when the problem originates in your application.

#6 Locked Into Your Provider (On Purpose)

Wizard with Magical Applications Preventing Bureaucracy Monster from Passing
Common hosting: you're stuck with whatever software versions and configurations your provider offers. Everything is proprietary and locked in: switching to another provider means starting from scratch.

Need to install a specific tool? "Sorry, that's not supported." Want SSH access? "Upgrade to VPS for R$ 500/month." You're trapped in a rigid system that doesn't adapt to your needs.

At Infinite: install whatever you need with a single click. Our wildcard container open-source technology (see on GitHub) allows the installation of any software through a user-friendly panel, no IT degree required. NodeJS, PHP, Java, Ruby, Python, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis: all available.

Root SSH access within a hardened container environment. No vendor lock-in: your application and your data are yours to take whenever you want. If it runs on Linux, it runs with us.

You can receive up to 44% total discount on your plan by paying in advance and being part of the V.I.P. partner program.

Let's assume you have 135 contracts and choose to pay triennially.

Mathematically speaking, if your 135 plans are Fogs on Magalu Cloud, you would pay per month:
$16 * 135 = $2,160/month

By paying triennially, you receive a 30% discount:
$2,160 - 30% = $1,512/month

Since you have 135 plans, you reach the Royal level in the V.I.P. program and receive an additional 20% discount:
$1,512 - 20% = $1,209.60/month

This way, you accumulate a 44% discount and each "Fog" on Magalu Cloud would be equivalent to ~$9/mo.

Not good enough? If you want to host multiple sites/apps on the same cloud, check out the Multiapp on the Agencies & Devs page.

If it runs on Linux, it runs with us. PHP, Node.js/Bun/Deno, Java, Python, you name it. Need a database? MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis/Valkey — the lot. All available with one‑click deployment.

Exceptions: use cases requiring kernel modifications (for example VPNs, GPU passthrough, etc.) are not supported.
Over the years, we've partnered with top-tier data centers, and our track record speaks for itself. We've maintained an exceptional level of service stability that we're genuinely proud of. We understand that server downtime can be critical for our customers. That's why we've designed a straightforward compensation approach, although we firmly believe that you will not have to use.

If a technical issue affects our data center's connectivity or hardware, we'll provide a service credit. Specifically, customers can expect a 10% credit for downtimes up to 1 hour, and a 30% credit for disruptions lasting 3 hours or more. To keep things fair, these credits are limited to once per 30-day period, with a maximum compensation of 30% of the monthly service charges.

Our professional Cloud Web Application Firewall (WAF) network is a bit different. While it has performed impressively with over 3 years of near-continuous operation, its multicontinental nature means some localized internet service provider issues can't be neatly categorized as downtime. As such, it's not included in the uptime SLA. We also don't count scheduled maintenance windows as downtime – these are necessary to keep our systems running smoothly.

We're not about making grand promises, just delivering consistent, reliable service. Our goal is simple: keep your servers running, and be transparent when challenges arise.

Infinite Support team is able to migrate the following platforms (for free): WordPress, OpenCart, Magento (OpenMage & AdobeCommerce), Drupal, XenForo and pretty much all kinds of PHP/MySQL platform.

¹ We are able to migrate only one application per hosting plan.
² If your application is running on Infinite OS, you can also send us the .zip/.tar.gz/.br file of the container.

In addition to the main site, you can also host subdomains or redirects from the main site, however, it will not be possible to register additional domains, i.e., siteA.com, siteB.com, siteC.com, on the same hosting plan.

If you want to host multiple sites/apps on the same cloud, check out the Multiapp on the Agencies & Devs page.

If you choose to use more than one platform per plan, remember to calculate the total traffic of your site and subdomains to avoid overloading your cloud and ending up with an unstable service, which we definitely do not offer to any customer.

We can help you find the ideal plan for your project, just call us on the chat and let's chat! :)

We provide (for free) 5 GiB of storage on an external server pool using the Zimbra platform, so you don't use up any of your hosting space or compromise the reputation of the IP addresses of our app hosting servers. You can create as many mail addresses as you desire and allocate the provided storage quota among these mailboxes.

Managed support (which directly assists your application) is available from 8h to 0h (UTC -3), Monday to Friday, and from 9h to 18h (UTC -3) on weekends and (ANBIMA) holidays.

Infrastructure support, which handles the operation of all clouds, is available 24/7/365.

International customers: payments are processed by PayPal (credit/debit card). Recurring payments are supported. Brazilian customers may also pay via PIX or Boleto Bancário, or choose to have recurring and/or card payments processed by Mercado Pago or Iugu.

The 15th. It's not possible to change the due date unless there's a very special reason. To do so, you'll need to open a ticket with the finance department.
The finance team operates during business hours (UTC -3) on weekdays. However, in special situations like "my website is down due to late payment," the technical support team will assist in resolving the issue.
Full refund up to seven days after the start of service provision. After this period, the refund will be made according to the number of remaining days until the next invoice, thus allowing you to pay only for the days you used the Infinite service.

Payments made in periods beyond monthly will not be refunded, as we need to make hardware reservation agreements with our providers in order to offer you the discount available for quarterly, semi-annual, annual, biennial, and triennial periods.

Note: not all products follow this refund policy for days used; please consult the financial department via ticket to verify your specific situation.
Infinite plans are designed to meet traffic recommendations and cover 93% of customers, according to our usage studies.

If you use the WAF/CDN included free with all plans, the available bandwidth will be more than enough.

However, if your website has traffic higher than recommended for your plan, the included bandwidth may not be sufficient. In these cases, you will be automatically charged $0.20 per additional GiB on Magalu Cloud and Oracle, or $0.60 per GiB on AWS.

If you're experiencing high bandwidth consumption, please open a support ticket — we can likely help you optimize/reduce your usage.

Short version: Infinite built its own stack. If you need to run on-premises or in a data center we don’t support directly, you can license it.

  • Infinite OS packages your app into a container. No Dockerfiles, no container experts required.
  • Infinite Ez manages your container fleet with built-in backups, autoscaling, and automatic domain and port mappings.
  • Infinite Bz covers billing, support tickets, auto-login and automated deploys so the rest “just works.”

Long version: We started on a conventional hosting stack: cPanel, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, which was reliable for a long time, until it became the default and stopped solving new problems.

Containers matured, but most CaaS and PaaS offerings target engineers. That left the majority of web owners out. We built something different: a container-first platform that’s approachable for non‑experts.

  • Infinite OS is a "wildcard" container you can drop an app into or install from scratch, without learning containers. It’s not buildpacks or bloated generic runtimes. It’s a full platform inside a tiny container image that runs in just ~80 MiB of RAM.
  • Infinite Ez makes managing containers feel like using an app store: deploy, import/export as .zip files, automatically map domains and ports, and create autoscaling rules with simple controls. It’s an advanced self‑hosted PaaS but designed for everyday users.
  • Infinite Bz ties the whole experience together: billing, support tickets, auto-login, and automated deployments, all integrated with Ez and OS so your customers manage everything from one place. Think WHMCS or Blesta functionality, reimagined and included (for free) for Infinite customers.
If it runs on Linux, it runs with us. PHP, Node.js/Bun/Deno, Java, Python, you name it. Need a database? MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis/Valkey — the lot. All available with one‑click deployment.

Regarding streaming, you can host your website, but the bandwidth costs will be very high if you stream the content directly from your website. Therefore, for streaming, we recommend embedding videos on your website using professional services such as BunnyCDN, Panda Video, Vimeo, etc.
